We advise and assist people and companies who find that they have the need to litigate for what ever reasons, particularly when individuals sustain severe injuries and have a cause of action and remedies available to them, through the Courts. The main steps involved are as follows:

Taking instructions.

Corresponding with the Defendant.

Instruct an Engineer, if necessary.

Obtain medical reports, when available.
-
Ascertain witness(es)

Garda Report, if necessary.
-
Witness statements.
-
Photograph scene, if possible.
-
Assess monetary loss.
-
Loss of earnings, present and future, based on medicals.
-
Damage to car.
-
Medical expenses.
-
Travel.
-
Miscellaneous.
-
Final medical reports, if necessary.
-
Assessors report, if necessary.
-
Actuaries report, if necessary.
-
Instruct a Barrister.
-
Obtain Opinion and draft proceedings.
-
Issue Civil Bill or Plenary Summons and Statement of Claim. (ie. Documentation to commence legal proceedings)

Enter proceedings.
-
Reply to Notice for Particulars.(questions asked about the case)

When Defence is entered, issue Notice of Trial, to bring the case in to Court.

Issue Motion to compel Entry of Defence.
-
When date is obtained, prepare for Trial.
-
Send brief to Counsel.
-
Issue Witness Summons.
-
Inform Witness(es).
-
Obtain Order.
-
Settle Party and Party Costs.
-
Appeal, (if necessary) or Defend Appeal.
